Are you a digital nomad, kite surf enthusiast or just somebody who is looking for an international community to live together for a few weeks during winter time?
Your room:
We have a selection of 7 rooms, each designed individually with love to details and of course a work table for your duties. They are equipped with A/C which can be used as heating. Warm bedding, sheets and towels are provided and will be changed by our cleaning lady once per week.
Workspace:
The house offers many work spots – you are free to choose if you want to work in silence or in a community setting. The common co-working space is equipped with ergonomic chairs and work tables with reliable internet connection. If you decide to find your inspirational spot outside, there will be also some tables and chairs available.
Home:
We have a big forest around us which invites you to unwind and get in touch with nature after your screen time. There is also a hot tub waiting for you to soak in. A roof top terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea, as well as large chill out area around the pool and out door dining area is inviting you on sunny days.
Inside we have a cosy living and dining room with screen for movie nights, games, puzzle and books.
Culinary experience:
We are organising healthy and wholesome brunches once or twice per week – you can sign up if you want, or just prepare your own meals in our spacious kitchen.
Wellness & Yoga:
Our team for massages and other wellness treatments is specialised in pampering you on site. Also yoga classes are available on demand, as well as all equipment like mats, blocks, bolsters, etc… you can also find dumbbells and some other items for your muscle growth 🙂
Wind & Water Sport Activities:
We have our own kite and wing surf school cooperative at the lagoon, just 3 kms away. On windless days you can rent out SUPs as well as e-foil.
Community:
The area of Lo Stagnone is attracting kite surfers and sun lovers throughout the year. Make some friends in our communal spaces and go for excursions together.
How to get around:
We offer shuttle service upon arrival and departure, as well as bikes to rent. If you want to be more flexible, we highly recommend renting a car or scooter. Near the lagoon or airport there are many rental places, some even deliver the scooter her if you ask.
