Vinyasa Yoga

Pranayama
Explore different breathing techniques designed to balance your energy and calm the mind. You’ll be guided through practices such as Nadi Shodhana for cleansing, Ujjayi for focus and calm, and Kapalabhati for energizing and detoxifying the body. You’ll leave feeling more centred, relaxed, and aware of your breath’s powerful connection to your mind and body.

Yin Yoga
In this gentle, slow paced practice each pose becomes an opportunity to explore your inside world, allowing breath to flow naturally as you melt into a state of calm introspection. Yin teaches you the art of letting go, patience and presence. It carries you into a state of deep peace and rejuvenation. The postures gently target the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—nurturing flexibility and releasing tension held in the body’s hidden layers.
Sound Healing
Listen to the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs and drums not only with your ears… let the sound waves ripple through the body, restoring balance on both a physical and energetic level. Breathwork
Use your breath as powerful tool to heal trauma, enhance creativity and foster mindfulness. This holistic practice involves conscious control of breathing patterns, deep breathing or breath holds. Somatic Yoga

Partner Yoga
In this playful class we move, stretch, support and even let each other fly. We learn to trust deeply and connect in a fun way with like-minded people. Yoga cannot only be found within yourself, but also with your community around!
